Rhythm and Flow

iStock_000001832109SmallWe try so hard to make everyone happy at times that we can lose ourselves in the process. Knowing who we really are brings clarity and purpose in our relationships.

We are image bearers of the infinite God of the universe. God shaped us in His image and placed us on the planet for relationship and purpose. Each of us are wonderfully made and God’s unique masterpiece.

Even when we became disconnected to God, He so loved us that He sent His precious son Jesus to earth to rescue us. Jesus gave His life for ours in exchange at the cross. He finished the work of reconciliation so we could be children of God.

Now we can spend time with our Lord Jesus in prayer and get a larger revelation of who He is, and who we are in Him. As we grow in grasping our identity as the righteousness of God in Christ, we will effortlessly see change in our relationships.

We will begin to set healthy boundaries and look for purpose in our friendships. As we lean on and trust in our Heavenly Father, He will lead us into the community of believers where goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our lives and our cup runs over.
